Veteran Appreciation Program

From July 4th through Veterans Day, Crown Down Tree Service is proud to offer a seasonal Veteran Appreciation initiative. At the conclusion of eligible jobs, qualifying clients are invited to draw from a collection of challenge coins, each marked with a discount ranging from $50 to $500, applied immediately to the final invoice.

This isn't a marketing gimmick. It’s not a price hike disguised as a markdown. This is our team’s way of giving something meaningful, honestly and transparently, back to those who’ve given so much.

• This is a surprise-based, client-facing event. Tokens must be drawn in person by the qualifying client at the job site. We do not advertise this program in advance to ensure that the gesture remains as authentic as possible. 

• If the client is not present at the time of job completion, no draw will occur. Discounts cannot be applied before the end of the job and may not be retroactively applied once an invoice has been sent or the crew has left the site. No exceptions.

• Tokens have no cash value.

• Token application is limited to the originally contracted scope of work. The discount cannot be used to initiate additional tasks, upsells, or expanded services not included in the original estimate. Any added work will be treated as a separate estimate and invoice and is not eligible for the drawn token’s value.

• Tokens are not transferable.

• If the token’s value exceeds the invoice total, the unused portion is forfeited.

• If additional veteran discounts apply (e.g., percentage-based), those are calculated after the token value is deducted from the total

• Eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of Crown Down Tree Service. We reserve the right to deny participation if eligibility cannot be reasonably verified.

• Acceptable forms of verification include a valid military ID, DD214, or any official military or VA-issued documentation listing the name of the qualifying individual or their spouse.

• Crown Down Tree Service reserves the right to make final determinations regarding token use, eligibility, and application in any individual case.

• Token distribution is limited and subject to availability throughout the campaign season.
